2. Terms of use. Accessing and using the platform means you accept these terms. NORMA DOORS TECHNOLOGIES S.A may change them, so please review them regularly. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials safe and for providing truthful information. It is forbidden to use the platform unlawfully, in bad faith, or in a way that hinders other users, as well as to share assessment answers or impersonate another person.
3. Intellectual and industrial property. All content (courses, texts, images, videos, assessments, design, the Apertus® brand and trade names) belongs to NORMA DOORS TECHNOLOGIES S.A or to third parties. Access does not grant any licence or transfer of rights. Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or modifying the content without prior written permission is forbidden, except for personal, non-commercial use for your own training.
4. Certificates. Certificates are issued after passing the relevant assessment and carry a unique verification code. NORMA DOORS TECHNOLOGIES S.A may revoke a certificate obtained fraudulently.
5. Disclaimer and liability. NORMA DOORS TECHNOLOGIES S.A does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and may make any technical changes needed. Training content is for guidance only and does not replace applicable regulations, manufacturer instructions or product testing. It is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the information, nor for the content of third-party websites linked from the platform.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties expressly submit to the courts of Madrid (Spain), unless the law provides a different jurisdiction for consumers.
