| Retention | Data will be kept for as long as the training relationship lasts and you do not request deletion, and afterwards for the periods required by law. Issued certificates will be kept for as long as needed to verify them. |
| Legal basis | Performance of the training relationship you request and, where applicable, your consent, collected through the checkbox on the registration form. |
| Recipients | Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or, where applicable, to other group companies for internal administrative purposes. The platform’s hosting and technical maintenance providers process data as data processors. |
